The library of Dr. M.K. Umathe College came into existence in 1984 when the college was established. The aim of library is to serve the needs of our student’s faculty research scholars and other academics and support the educational goals of the institution.
The library was started with only 42 books. At present college has a well-stacked library with books, journals/magazines and facility to access the e-resources through N-List (INFLIBNET). Library has also a ‘Book Bank’ of text books which are issued to deserving students for whole academic year.
Library is partially automated having ‘LIBMAN Software’ of Master Software, Nagpur. Currently the automation is limited up to data entry of books. College will provide automated circulation service using bar code system, OPAC and other services step by step in future.

Monday to Saturday :- 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Circulation Counter :-
Monday to Saturday :- 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
